it is very difficult to study for an english exam ... this morning and last night i was reviewing stuff, but i find it hard to study for it. oh well. just a few more hours, and i'll be done! woo-hoo.
oh.
and then i have to study for psychology ... oh boy ... that's going to be fun ...
tomorrow i am making brunch for jc's mom ... there is a tradition that the kids tried to do every mother's day ... we would try to make brunch for our mom's. it was something christine started ... the first year we did it, everyone loved it so much that the dads were excited for father's day ;) i think we still have pictures of nicky and kuya in the faron's kitchen cooking ... boy that was a lot of fun.
so i thought that since jc and i will not be here for mother's day, i will make a mother's day and birthday brunch (mama imelda's birthday is next week) for jc's mom. i figured, why not carry on the tradition here in calgary?
i have been trying to bring a lot of the faron, losanez, and mangalindan traditions over to calgary. i have been so blessed with precious (and very funny) memories with the two families, so i try to incorporate it here too.
so i've got a yummy menu set-up for tomorrow.
hopefully, all will go well and everyone will enjoy.
