Last night JC and I went to a friends' house and there was a question one of our friends' posed to us ... "where is God?" ... I thought about it and said ...
"He's in every breathe that I take ... from the moment I wake up in the morning He's there ...
- When I look at my husband - I see my Lord
- When I open the fridge and I see the food God has provided - I see my God
- When I see my guys - I see my Lord Savior
- When I get into my car and drive to school - I see my Lord
- When I reach into my wallet to pay for the gas - I see my God
- When I think my nephew Isaiah - I see my Lord Savior
... in every breathe and every waking moment I have, I see my Lord God."
Then another question was asked ... "what about in times of despair or trouble?" ... again I thought about it and said ...
"God is there ... I know that there is a reason why I am going through what I am - maybe it's to help me learn to persevere ... or maybe it's to make me stronger in my faith ... there's always a reason ... and I know that God works through my husband b/c JC calms me and prays with me when I'm stressed, worried, feeling scared out of my mind or just anxious".
I thought these were interesting questions, so thought I'd blog about it ...
