Our surprise visit to Surrey was only for a couple days and it seems to have sped by way too fast.
I cherished every moment I had with our family ... so much that I was feeling cranky and emotional a day or two before we left for home. But my husband and my mom were really comforting and telling me that we would be back in just a few weeks for Florian's wedding. But those few weeks Isaiah will be even bigger ... my little nephew is growing by the moment!
When I went to the Losanez' house the evening I arrived, Ninang Luz was screaming and Ninong Cesar looked confused ... the moment was priceless. When I saw Lauryn (gosh she's so beautiful) she didn't recognize me ... I was joking with Mel that it was like a "stranger-danger" moment .... so it took some warming up. We later went to the Faron house ... and seeing Ninang Lu after her surgery and seeing how surprised she was ... we both got all teary-eyed when we were hugging.
I was telling JC that coming home and seeing our families really makes me all emotional ... I mean I think of them everyday ... and I miss everyone like crazy ... but then when I see them - I realize that I miss them even more than I thought ... then I get all emotional about it ;)
